Our 'CommUnity Let's Talk' series focuses on educating and raising awareness for issues or topcis linked to cultural diversity. Within this, it's split out into two sections Let's Talk NEXT & Let's Talk Education which you can learn more about below.
Our aim for this series is to become a safe space for growth both within the business but also within ourselves, so that we can make a NEXT that is proud together.

LET'S TALK NEXT
Hearing what you have to say and feeding that back is an important part of why we exist. With CommUnity Let’s Talk NEXT we’ll be asking you to share any ideas, concerns or queries with us and on a quarterly basis we’ll sit down with our sponsor & HR to go review, discuss and react to them. After each of these meetings we will give feedback to network members, either through our Monthly Round Up or any virtual gatherings we do, before placing permanently on this section of the site.

CommUnity Let's Talk Education is a blog series focused on sharing educational information and stories on everything from festivals, cultural or religious practices to mental health and cultural inequality awareness campaigns.
The aim of this series is to create a safe and supportive place for us all to learn a little bit more about each other than before we started.
