Happy New Year! We want to kick off the new year by wishing you all a happy, healthy and prosperous 2023 from the Unity Steering Committee. 

We're super excited for the year ahead and everything that we've planned to share with the network & wider business. The past couple of years, our focus has been on building a network that all employees can link into, sharing content and getting events & meetings up and running. For 2023, the focus is all about helping to push the business forward and ensuring that you are part of the journey.

COMMUNITY LET’S TALK NEXT - FEBUARY 2023

The first Let's Talk NEXT issue of 2023 is nearly here! The theme? Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable. This year is all about being open, having discussions, listening, learning and growing together. 


The aim of this series is to get collegaues at every level talking. We all know that diversity and inclusion accelerates success and yet, often unintentionally we're not set up to see or treat everyone equally. What tools do we need to get there?


Converations are a great place to start.  So, let's start having them. What is going right, what still needs to be improved, what needs be to started? The aim - to better support each other in being our best, authentic and thrivinig selves.

HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL DAY - 27 JAN 2023

January 27th 2023 is Holocaust Memorial Day, a time where we reflect on the thousands of people who lost their lives to genocide. 

As a joint message, the Staff Networks of Pride, Unity and Able pledge to remember those affected, contemplate the theme of 'ordinary' and how it is ordinary people who face hate and discrimination every day.

INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY - MARCH 2023

International Women's Day is back and the theme for this year is Embrace Equity. This March, is all about taking a moment to listen to you. 


We will be using our 3 C's to celebrate & support women from all roles across the business but we need you to share your story and help make this happen!
